I help to write the Earth Negotiations Bulletin, the de facto institutional memory of multilateral environmental negotiations at the UN and in other places. The publication is a trusted, timely, independent record of negotations across the spectrum of environmental issues.

It works like this: multilateral negotiations usually have a lot of rooms all going simultaneously. Not every group can be everywhere, or even at the conference. Our job is to do exactly that: be in as many rooms as possible, make notes, and write out something understandable by the end of the day.

The writers, photographers, and editors I work with are the smartest, coolest people in the world. Find out more about them—and read the Bulletins—here.

Stuff I’ve worked on recently:
- The Geneva Biodiversity Conference
-
State of Global Environmental Governance Report (2020, 2021)
- UNFCCC Chile/Madrid Conference and Climate Ambition Summit
- CBD Subsidiary Bodies meeting
